We handle everything from start to finish, so you won’t have to lift a finger. This includes removal of rubbish, ordering all required materials and furnishings, and managing the entire refurbishment process—giving you complete peace of mind.

Every refurbishment also includes professional photography and room staging with soft furnishings*, proven to increase the appeal of your property and attract more interest from potential tenants.

Older properties often require more extensive work, such as full-room replastering, while others may just need a fresh coat of paint and new furniture.
