We cover ALL maintenance costs* when we pay you a guaranteed rent.

*Maintenance costs do not include structural issues (these will be covered by your buildings insurance) and builder replacements. We will advise you if we think your boiler needs replacing before we take on the property.
Rent Collection Only
We charge 12% of the tenants rent for all ongoing rent collection when not managing the property in its entirety and only collecting rent.
We charge 10% of the full rental income when managing the entirety of the property.
